It's been 5 month's since Vickie returned home.
There have not been any noticeable changes in her condition.
It's been suggested by visitors that she seems more relaxed at home than in the Foster care.
The household has a new member, a Bischon-Poodle ? mix that likes to nap on Vickie's lap when she allows it.
Friends and relatives are welcome to visit with few restrictions.

Tuesday evening Vickie's younger son and his family visited for a while.
Wednesday evening, one of Vickie's sisters, niece and
grandniece visited.
Vickie was in a relatively good mood and both visits went well.
While the caregivers stumble through the transition, Vickie seems to be taking it in stride.

Vickie returned to her home this afternoon.
She seems to have taken the change in stride.
As soon as everything is arranged and her stuff is put away, Vickie will be ready for visitors.

A major change in Vickie's situation is in the planning stage.
At the end of July she will be returning to her home to stay.
Significant changes are ongoing in her home. She will have a larger room with more windows.
The room is centrally located , close to the front door instead of back in a corner bedroom.
A new wheelchair ramp has been installed replacing the wooden one built more than 6 years ago.
