Vickie was a little better today. She ate a little in the morning and more later on. She managed to stay alert much of the day.

Another not so good day. Vickie ate some in the afternoon but not later in the evening.

Vickie was quiet during the day and refused to eat. This evening while attending a family event at a sister’s she regained her appetite.

Vickie is again having trouble sleeping at night. She is not active during the day and has no appetite.

There seems to be some subtle improvements in Vickie’s behavior. Some significant changes have been made concerning her medications. It’s probably to soon to be sure if there is a connection.

A rather good day for Vickie, ate some late lunch and a little dinner. The frantic episodes have diminished, not as often and less intense.

Again today Vickie was very listless during most of the day. In the evening she was more alert and able to have some dinner.

Vickie returned to her regular routine, withdrawn in the early part of the day and more interactive in the evening.

Today Vickie reversed course, having a relatively early breakfast and later eating lunch. She turned down a home cooked dinner provided by a sister this evening.

Vickie’s condition and behavior continues to evolve. She now sleeps late in the morning, refusing to eat before noon and then making up for it much later in the day.

A sister brought Vickie to her house this evening and provided Chinese food. Vickie couldn’t eat much at the time preferring to talk constantly. Later in the evening after returning home, she relaxed and was able to finish eating her meal.

Vickie had a reasonably good day; she is eating more and showing less anxiety.

Vickie visited at a sister’s this afternoon. She had dinner before returning home in her handicap-adapted van that was recently purchased.

Another typical day for Vickie. Mild anxiety episodes in the morning and more calm as the afternoon progresses. In the evening she will eat all that is provided.

Vickie refuses to eat before the middle of the day now. Six months ago she would almost always have some breakfast.
Later in the day she usually has a good appetite. A sister brought dinner this afternoon and Vickie cleaned her plate and requested more.
